I normally don't do things like this, but I will never go to this location again. I came in for a manicure and pedicure. Someone led me to my chair and started the water. There was already a station there, but the person hadn't come to start. Finally, a lady came to my chair (not sure of her name), but she was prancing around in heels and shorts in the salon. My best friend and I went in here to get a pedicure. Trinity did an amazing job. I know it’s early, but I wanted something with Halloween and so she did spiderweb design on my toe. They did everything to make sure that we were comfortable. Thank you all! I also wanna mention that there was a lady in there who was just downright horrible to the employees. Apparently, she was in there yesterday and she had a flaw on one of her toes and it looked like it was scraped Which she probably bumped her toe. She walked in the same time... read more

Had a pedicure this morning. Waited 10 minutes plus to dry like instructed. Then came home. Once I got noticed polish is coming off like it did not dry. Very disappointed.
