The quality has gone downhill. I did a basic mani-pedi and both chipped the same day. Went back to fix it, and it happened again. I got them done at 1pm, and by 6pm the pedicure was already ruined. They kept saying I didn’t give it enough time to dry. How is it not dry after 3–4 hours?

I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, but since the change in management, I have noticed a significant decline in customer service and inconsistent pricing. Today, the front desk staff was not courteous, cutting me off while I was explaining my concerns and suggesting that I should have had a picture ready. After one more visit to rectify a nail issue, I will be seeking alternative services.

I used to love this place, but ever since they got new management, it’s been downhill. I was a loyal customer and always came here faithfully to see Steven. But today was the final straw. I came in with my daughter to celebrate her 11th birthday we were excited to get her a kids’ pedicure with gel polish. I clearly stated this when we walked in.
