We had an excellent experience with Venice Lighting. They had an tremendous selection of lighting, and we were able to find the perfect chandeliers and pendant lights with the help of the owner. We also had a very pleasant experience with installation. The owner personally hung the lights to perfectly fit the rooms. We highly recommend them for finding the perfect lights and for professional and courteous installation.
After years of loyal patronage and thousands of dollars spent, I’m deeply disappointed to be writing this. Enough is enough. On November 17, 2022, Mr. David Deakin, the owner, informed us that our original outdoor chandelier (purchased for over $1,000) was too rusted and damaged to repair. He recommended replacing it with a new fixture that would be “professionally finished” to prevent future rust and corrosion. Purchased lighting after two visits to the store. Both visits we received assistance from knowledgeable representatives. Had the lighting installed this week and we are happy with our choice and the installation process.
