Best care,very appreciate the care of this facility. Yes unfortunately they take care of venice community . Very diverse of coming in for a appointment. I appreciate all of staff. Everyone is very lovely and respectful at this facilitie. Unfortunately they work soo much with homeless people and I don't know, otherwise, but I appreciate everyone. This place is unethical and unprofessional. I haven’t been able to see someone for a while but finally made an appointment for three months in advance. A few weeks before the appointment they call and cancel, no reason, no voicemail it was just canceled. I called to reschedule and they gave me a short visit in a few weeks, I waited and waited then the day finally comes and they cancel it the morning of. One of the worst front desks I’ve ever encountered is on the second floor of this clinic. The staff are unprofessional, extremely slow, and seem completely unbothered by the needs of the patients. Terrible experience.
