The worse experience you can ever have! You ll be seen by an intern then a very rude MD like Dr. Luis might stop by, and not even bothering herself to spend 2 minutes with the patient, and in 1 second she says a very irrelevant words to the issue you are there which is not even your concern. For the lab test in the whole building they don't have anyone for special situations, and they reject you to go to another lab. This Mrs./Dr. Luis is very irresponsible and disrespectful to the patient.
Short-staffed, long wait times on the phone, longer wait times when seen and rude staff that will not help you with a follow-up appointment like what I experienced today. Also when I tried to get help with their psychiatric department, I had a therapist for a month before she ghosted me. 3 months later she called me back trying to start up again. What? lol
