Just a great place w/ out judgment
I have been going here for years because of my HIV status ( which I can proudly say is non detectable).They provide excellent service even though they changed up their hours and you are no longer able to hang out there like you could before COVID. The staff really makes you feel like family because if they haven’t seen you in awhile they start getting worried about you and do their best to contact you with the contact information they have on file. This has been a long shot and was worth giving this place a try. I came here for the support I need to strive, excel, and was hoping for the best. I do my part send emails and communicate and was able to finally speak to a case manager. On my end, I did my part. Now that time flew, it seems like there is lack of interest in helping people and does not seem to care. I have noticed no communication and never got a follow up. Now I feel like I have been failed!
