This last time I went was a bad experience. They dyed my roots for 155 and supposedly charged me 5 for the trim, which was only about two finger’ width off since my hair is short, and the dye turned red when it was an ash blonde. I always liked going there, but this time they took advantage because the owner of the salon wasn’t there it’s a shame they’re not doing a good job.

I went here on a 10/19/25 and received a serious burn for which I had to go to the doctor and get prescription burn cream. I’ve been here before and have had ok experiences; they’re always available and on this day I was in a pinch. I asked for a blowout. I was under a running dryer for an hour and fifteen—not ideal as my hair is short but thick so okay— then left there for another 5 before the stylist came to see me, at which point she opened the dryer and asked if I could wait while she finished another client. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! My usual salon was closed on June 22nd, 2022 so I decided to go to here and it was the biggest mistake ever! I came in with dark brown/ soft black hair - all even in color and my hair was past my shoulders. I brought in a picture of what I wanted (dark ash blonde with highlights) and was told by the front desk lady with short hair it COULD be done.
