Just wanted to take a minute to thank Venhoff Plumbing for the excellent care I received yesterday when my supply line to my commode tank ruptured and started to flood my bathroom. Called the office around 3:30 - 4:00 pm, they immediately sent 2 plumbers out. They evaluated the situation and went right to work. Very professional and courteous. I had to have my sump pump replaced and fix a dripping shower faucet to come out cost $200 and $160.00 each additional hour. My total bill came up to $660.00 - When I expressed my concern on how EXPENSIVE it was, Tony's reply, I can put the broken sump pump back together? it's still $200 for coming out. I will not be using them again.
