Dr polu and the new doctor and most the nurses are always very pleasant. However every time I call (except maybe twice) I've gotten the same lady who is rude and acts like she hates to help you with anything. Any time I call and hear her voice I already know I'm about to get treated like I am an inconvenience to be bothering her with any questions or request.
