THE BEST VEAL PARMIGIANA AROUND ME AND MY WIFE DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM JACKSON COUNTY MS JUST TO HAVE LUNCE THERE – THE SERVICE WAS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. WE WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 5 STARS. Venezia has reopened! – Good news! Venezia has reopened for lunch and dinner! The restaurant has been renovated, but has retained its neighborhood atmosphere and charm. The food is as good as always and the service is just as friendly as before Katrina. I have been three times since they reopened and plan to have lunch there today!
Classic Italian home-cooking in a room unchanged since the '60s--at least. – The Scene Time travel, without the machine. The front room's lighting is subdued by a burgundy ceiling. The best deal in Mid-City – Excellent Italian food, great service without the price tag. The eggplant vatican is out of this world.
GRRRRREAT!! – The food is great. Awesome atmosphere. Value for the food is excellent. I would highly recommend visiting. The pizza is probably the best in the city.
Stuffed – I cannot go to Venezia's and leave at the same weight I entered with. The trout Cynthia is as good as their is. The rest of the menu is out of this world.
Has the best pizza in town. No frills, basic good food.
