Went in for a builder gel removable. Two workers looked around like I was asking for something extravagant and difficult. The removal took 30+ minutes and the builder gel was not fully removed from my nails. You could still see the pink hue. While in there I heard another customer saying they couldn’t get the nail service they wanted because the pedicure took too long and another pedicure customer was saying “ouch” multiple times during their service.
Dip nail, with tip, and chrome finish by yen. Very professional, took her time, definitely would recommend
