worst company to work for gave a 1100 guarantee and the whole year I worked there could never make over guarantee. but now they have cut guarantee to 1000 and still can't make over 1k a week...company says they treat u like family but they don't cause always threatening to take ur guarantee. I've been with Venezia for 3 years. Started as a company driver until I bought my Peterbilt. In the past Venezia has been accommodating of my schedule changes due to my oldest son who has special needs and his medical appointments. This year made me realize how thankful I am to be working for Venezia. I broke my ankle and tore a few tendons outside of work this spring.
