Great people! My heat pump stopped air conditioning my home in 90% weather. I called and they were here within a couple of hours! They DID not try to sell me something I didn't need. They fixed it and I was back in business! The technician was very nice as well as the office staff.

As I live very close I thought I would give this neighborhood business the opportunity to win my long term business if needed in the future. I diagnosed the issue that my Heat Pump Solenoid failed, The unit was only a couple of years old and I had no idea who installed it since we bought the house new. I could have replaced this myself but thought I better not so as not to affect the limited 5 year warranty the system has. I let them know what I suspected the issue was. We woke up this morning to our HVAC unit not working and the thermostat was reading 65°. Called veneys’s at 9:15 (and it’s a Saturday mind you.) They sent someone out and had it fixed before 11 AM. It is also worth mentioning that it is still extremely icy outside and the gentleman braved the icy Hill +30 mph gust of wind. What more could you ask for?

They never there when they say they are going to be there. They never call you and tell you anything. There's much better than these.
