We woke up this morning to our HVAC unit not working and the thermostat was reading 65°. Called veneys’s at 9:15 (and it’s a Saturday mind you.) They sent someone out and had it fixed before 11 AM. It is also worth mentioning that it is still extremely icy outside and the gentleman braved the icy Hill +30 mph gust of wind. What more could you ask for?
They never there when they say they are going to be there. They never call you and tell you anything. There's much better than these.
We use Veney’s for our regular inspections, and had issues with the old unit. They walked us through repair and replacement options, never pressured us, and we went with the replacement. They came out on time, replaced the old unit and even installed the nest thermostat we had purchased. They were thoughtful about floors, carpets, and ensuring that they didn’t mess up anything when carrying the old air handler out. I’m still waiting for my quote over 3 months later. Our air unit was going bad and we wanted estimates. We contacted 3 different companies for quotes. Veneys was the only one that never gave us one. The gentleman showed up, did an assessment, told me they would be in touch with an estimate and then sent nothing. So we ended up going with PHA instead. They provided 3 quotes - on the spot - and we went with the premium package.
Veney's Heating and Air Conditioning provides prompt and efficient service. We had a broken air conditioner on an extremely hot day and they sent a technician out quickly to check out the air conditioner. Within 30 minutes, the technician had diagnosed the problem, then he checked our warranty to find that we were still under warranty (hooray). We were so happy with their service, we have signed up for their annual maintenance plan. Thank you Veney's for saving the day!
