First time at Veneto's and what a fabulous cake I received for my dad's birthday. I provided several options and they made me the best possible cake on time for the big party. Yes, it was last minute and they made a wonderful accommodation for us. The cake was so delicious and yummy. The service was also great and special thanks to Mani for making the experience more enjoyable than ever.
My wife ordered a customized cake from Veneto’s Cakes & Pastries for my birthday as a surprise. She was very excited and put a lot of thought into making the celebration special. Unfortunately, when we opened the cake box, we were both extremely disappointed. The cake appeared to be spoiled, which completely ruined a special moment that we had been looking forward to. It was our first time ordering from Veneto’s, and unfortunately, we were really disappointed ☹️ The cake looked cute and very appetizing, which made it even more disappointing when we actually tried it. The frosting (whipped cream) to cake ratio was way off—about 80% cream and only 20% cake. On top of that, the cake itself tasted stale and old. For a 6-inch cake that costs $40, we expected much better quality. Honestly, we’ve had $20 grocery store cakes that tasted fresher and more balanced. 😢
Recently picked up an order for my hubby's birthday! I personally have not been a tiramisu cake fan, but this one i really enjoyed! Its my hubby's favourite cake & he enjoyed this one! Even though it didnt have rum in it, he enjoyed! We both found it very fresh! Very easy to navigate their website and place an order for pickup! Deffiantly open to getting cake from here again! Thanks guys!!
These guys have such bad attitude towards customers. They were supposed to give us discount on our last bad experience where the cake they gave looked terrible which was totally their fault and we had to fix after. The rush the frustration they created for us. So we thought to give them another chance but the attitude they showed was completely unacceptable. Again we can pay full price if we get what we wanted.
