It was our first time ordering from Veneto’s, and unfortunately, we were really disappointed ☹️ The cake looked cute and very appetizing, which made it even more disappointing when we actually tried it. The frosting (whipped cream) to cake ratio was way off—about 80% cream and only 20% cake. On top of that, the cake itself tasted stale and old. For a 6-inch cake that costs $40, we expected much better quality. Honestly, we’ve had $20 grocery store cakes that tasted fresher and more balanced. 😢

Recently picked up an order for my hubby's birthday! I personally have not been a tiramisu cake fan, but this one i really enjoyed! Its my hubby's favourite cake & he enjoyed this one! Even though it didnt have rum in it, he enjoyed! We both found it very fresh! Very easy to navigate their website and place an order for pickup! Deffiantly open to getting cake from here again! Thanks guys!!

Venetos saved me this week. After realizing last minute that Whole Foods no longer carried the coconut cake we were looking for for a birthday celebration, I called this Bakery in desperation and they really came through. Not only did they whip up a cake within the hour, but when I Realised they were too far to make the trip there and back in time for our celebration, they delivered it out just in time. I ordered the coffee flavoured cake for my brothers birthday and it turned out very bad. Also, I took cake and without opening the box put it in the fridge and when I opened the box and the bottom part of the cake is broken and not in good condition. It’s dislocated . I bought cakes from other stores as well I do understand the sides might touch the boxes but not the whole part slide other way and this was my first time ordering from them and never going to . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked in—unsure of exactly what I was looking for—the service at the counter was outstanding. The recommendations were thoughtful, the ordering process was easy, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. The delivery to Vancouver was seamless and right on time.
