We had a significant backyard remodel done by Venetian Outdoors. Overall the end product was very nice. Unfortunately the customer service was poor enough that I would not recommend this company. I lost count of the number of times I was told "I'm sorry" throughout the project for numerous reasons -- delayed start due to crew scheduling issues, a delay mid project due to crew scheduling issues, and then a lack of response removing material from the front of our neighbors yard (long enough that we received an HOA notice). All I’m going to say is I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY getting a job here. The owner is unprofessional just like his sidekick who drives around all day doing nothing. I never seen so many people let go in one day out of impulse. Don’t get me started on the hours and pay, first off you won’t even see any of your OT or even all your total hours. Like I said keep looking cause this ain’t the spot

Very unprofessional business when it comes to the owner Matt... countless workers have been shorted on their checks because of him not wanting to pay them for all the hours they worked including me and when we tried to talk to him about our hours instead of him being a professional businessman and fixing the problem... he ignored our phone calls and texts and didn’t even respond or call back!
