So I got my gel nails done and my sister got her acrylics done here. We called in to schedule our appointment and asked for prices not once but twice. We were told it was $35 for gel manicure (no matter what color I pick). After the service was done, my sister alone was charged $110 for acrylics while I was still getting mine done. Luckily, she cross checked it before paying and asked them about it. After being asked thrice, they removed some charges but she was still overcharged $70. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience as a walk in. I was treating my mom to a pedicure and the ladies doing them were just going through the motions with everything, and doing the bare minimum with their efforts. None of it felt relaxing, none of it felt like the usual pedicure I’m used to. They were rude to us, didn’t even say hello or give a greeting, wouldn’t look at us once, were impatient, and pushy to make decisions. Absolutely the worst pedicure experience of my life. I paid $96 dollars for this? They refunded me $40 of an $80 pedicure. I did tip 20%, which is $16, leaving my total at $96. I shouldn't have paid for this, but only did because I was in a rush after waiting so long to be seen, I just paid before I was finished. I waited in a chair with no warm water on my feet for at LEAST 40 minutes before the lady started. I paid extra for hot rocks, paraffin wax, gel, white tips, and the lavender scent.
