Unfortunately we had a terrible experience as a walk in. I was treating my mom to a pedicure and the ladies doing them were just going through the motions with everything, and doing the bare minimum with their efforts. None of it felt relaxing, none of it felt like the usual pedicure I’m used to. Absolutely the worst pedicure experience of my life. I paid $96 dollars for this? They refunded me $40 of an $80 pedicure. I did tip 20%, which is $16, leaving my total at $96. I shouldn't have paid for this, but only did because I was in a rush after waiting so long to be seen, I just paid before I was finished. I waited in a chair with no warm water on my feet for at LEAST 40 minutes before the lady started. I paid extra for hot rocks, paraffin wax, gel, white tips, and the lavender scent.
