HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I wanted a pink and white gel fill in. I was told only a few techs do them in their shop. I was told by the owner if I did not like it I would not have to pay. I said I was very picky, No problem spending the money if the work is Quality. I have had bad fill ins before but this was the the worst. Lines were not even straight. I have been a regular client for about a year. Unfortunately, today I had a terrible experience that is actually a significant health/safety issue. I usually choose the hot stone deluxe pedicure. Today, instead of the hot oil, the bottle was mistakenly filled with Top Coat polish and both of my legs were covered with Top Coat which dried tight and irritated my legs. First time at Venetian..downside: they try to up sell the ENTIRE time you are there. I went there to try a new salon and get a basic pedicure. From the moment I sat in the chair I was "nagged" into getting the other more expensive pedicures. Even after she began my pedicure she was still trying to sell me a more expensive option.
