I usually come here for manicure and pedicure. Tu is one of my favourite staff! Front staff is not as friendly and welcoming as the other two that were there before.. Brought my daughter for acrylic nails, which was great and she loves it! But they charged $25 for 2 charms, which ended up slowly breaking after 2 days. Now she has a big chunk of dried glue on her nails…
Rushed pedicure! The woman dug in hard around my toenails multiple times and I finally had to say ‘you are hurting me’. Massage was barely 2 minutes and barely felt it. Polish rubbed off next day. This is not the first time polish was put on too thick and rubbed off even after 6-8 hours drying time. Will never go there again.

I wanted my daughter on our Daddy-Daughter Day to have beautiful nail art. Other nail places promised us the world but only put 5 dots to represent the flowers. Not Nail Art! I got what I wanted to pay for, my daughter was wowed. Trixie at work drew even the attention of her coworkers. I posted my daughter's nails. My boyfriend paid for me to get my nails done and I went here, again, for the last time! I expected to be relaxed and comfortable, especially since these were for my first day at my new job, instead the girls at the front counter (like 3 of them just sitting around talking) were rude and very direct with me.
