Went here and got a pedicure. They never asked if I wanted a design and 5 days later my big toe chipped and they wouldn't fix it.
Zero Stars is not an option when it comes to Google reviews. Unfortunately, my French manicure for my son's wedding was uneven and looked like it was done by a toddler. When I brought it to their attention they told me that's just how it looks because I couldn't get a gel manicure because of my occupation. Please note, this review is mainly about the salon not the service. The woman who did my pedicure was very good. I did take a star away for 2 reasons. I'm confused, as to why I need to "sign" in. I've given you a fake name and number every time now. Just do my service. Secondly, please take away the forced tip on the machine. If I am happy with my service, I will tip. (I usually do) however I should not be pushed into a starting 18% tip. Your technicians are being paid, are they not? 🤔

I was lucky enough to have Sun as my nail tech. She did exactly what I wanted and I absolutely loved it. They were open late and I was able to get in. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. Luxurious yet calming. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon.
