I got my nails done on Sunday. I am writing this Tuesday, two days after. My whole gel manicure popped off and I called to get a refund. The polish is on the skin on two of my nails. never have had a bad experience here, everyone is super friendly and kind. the staff has issues with mean customers so take those reviews with a grain of salt, been coming here since 2018! never had an issue walking in or being a few minutes late to an appointment.
