Kiki is absolutely amazing. Every photo I bring her she knocks it out of the park.
My gf and I just left and unfortunately this was not a great experience. We came in for basic manicures and I have to finish them off at home. My gf’s nails are still dirty and uneven, she didn’t even get her nails buffed, we didn’t get our nails:hands brushed, and no massage - because just adding lotion doesn’t mean “massage”. Please slow down, and have a consistent way of doing things, …. Furthermore, why did you ask 3 times if she wanted polish?? She said yes the the first 2 times.
Been going to this salon for a little over a year for dip manicures. The quality of said manicures have gone down unfortunately. The last two times, I’ve had the nail break within days of getting them done. Will be changing to a different place now.
Not bad, not good. Just neutral .
