I had such a great experience here! Angelena at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was taken care of. Her customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. I had a great experience at Venetian Nail Spa Hamlin! The salon is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The front desk staff was especially friendly and welcoming. They were very patient, helpful, and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. I got a pedicure and the service was excellent. They took their time and paid attention to every detail. I have been coming to Serena for more than two years now and there isn’t anyone I trust more with my nails. She has always been very attentive and makes sure I am always happy with the end results. She has recently done one of my favorite set of nails, lemons! They are absolutely gorgeous!
