I decided to try this nail salon in hopes of it becoming my "go to" spot...however i was disappointed with my over all experience. I made an appointment a few days in advance only to come and have to sit and wait 20 mins after my scheduled appointment. After I went back to start my pedicure I was practically forced to soak my feet in water that was too hot for my personal preference. This place is amazing!!! Great service!!! Prices are reasonable! The environment is very luxurious and welcoming. The chairs, foot tubs, and supplies used are always clean. I'm never afraid of what they're doing to my hands/feet. I get my nails done here about every 6 weeks for the past couple years and I absolutely love it! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have been to this salon three times. The first time the lady argued with me and put an acrylic nail on my toe that I am still trying to get off 3 months later. They overcharged me and spoke so fast I could not understand.The second time I went the guy gave me the worst manicure I ever had with jagged nails, polish all over my skin and half the nailbed unpolished. I got one of the best French manicures ever at this salon. It chipped a day or two later. (I will admit this is a problem for me.) In this salon, there are stations set up in a rather weird, sweatshop like manner, I was at ill-at-ease instantly. I also was constantly asked if I wanted an eyebrow wax or bikini wax in addition to my manicure, or was I sure that I didn't want a pedicure? I thought a manicure was supposed to be relaxing?
