Efficient, scant massage, some fingernails not smooth.
My nails look great. But my tech was so unsanitary I was squirming the whole time. No gloves during my pedicure. No disinfectant in sight. Never washed his hands or used any kind of sanitizer at any point. Not even after picking things up off of the floor. It was hard not to get up and walk out. Not to mention, very small color options. Very disappointing. Do better.
I’ve been coming to this salon for two years and they’ve consistently done an excellent job with all types of nails—regular, gel, and dip. The staff is professional and skilled, and the quality is usually long-lasting. On my last visit, my nails started chipping within a day, but the salon immediately accommodated me as a walk in and fixed them at no charge. I really appreciate their customer service and commitment to making sure clients leave happy. Highly recommend!
