Vets don’t know what they’re talking about when it comes to medication, the staff says they’ll return your phone calls and never do, and they get your pets information wrong. Nobody of competence at this place. I’m taking my pets somewhere else.

All Veneta people...... If you are looking for a local vet clinic to build a history and relationship with, the Veneta Veteranarian Clinic https://www.venetavet.com Is NOT the place to go. I’ve been taking my dog there for two years since she was a puppy. Their “policy” is to not care for your dog and their owner, it is to charge unreasonable fees. they tried to tell me that my cat had ringworm and try to get me to buy $80 ringworm medication on the spot before they even got the tests back because they said that the black light tells them as well but my cat doesn’t have ringworm I took him into another vet and he never had ringworm so now I’m out the fee for the test as well as the medication that I did buy for him because they tried to tell me that there was something wrong with him per a test that was obviously incorrect and when I called them and told them that they... read more
My dog can be somewhat aggressive towards strangers & I was very impressed with our tech's ability to handle him. Dr. Penfold is very helpful & is the first male veterinary that Elvis has allowed to be in the same small room with us! The staff was awesome at handling our unique situation. We'll be returning again!
