For a 500K kitchen and bar area, i was told i cannot receive the design via email. I needed to come to the office and view only. How in the world can you do that? Review and take photos? They will charge a $1500 design fee for access to their design. Not good business.
After waiting 2 weeks for a draft design, i was told i have to come to the office to view it. They do not issue the design to me. I have a 500K kitchen and bar for new construction and they will not send me their design. impossible to work like that in business. They charge a $1500 design fee. Bye
