It wasn’t awful, but if you’re not close by, or a regular, there’s no need to go out of your way. The fettuccini was bland, the chicken in the chicken parm was tough and chewy. We did enjoy the rolls and Italian soda, however.
Historic restaurant, my Dad ate here when he went to college, I ate here when I was a senior in high-school, I stop here every time I have to go to Fayetteville.
Such a lovely, quiet and clean place with excellent service. The food arrived hot and fresh, and everything was delicious for the most part. My husband’s steak was cooked perfectly, while my lasagna was hot, meaty and wonderfully cheesy. The only disappointment was my salad, which was basically just lettuce with ranch and could have used a little more variety. Aside from that, we had a really enjoyable meal and our server was fantastic.
