I'm a regular customer at Venere, but this visit was extremely disappointing. Janelle took me straight for a hair wash without first asking what kind of haircut I wanted. While I was at the hair wash station, she finally asked, and when I said I wanted shoulder-length hair, she immediately stopped the wash and proceeded to cut off a significant amount of my hair while it was still dry before taking me back to finish the wash. Always welcoming Stylists are great at their jobs and always friendly. I won’t drop any names bc I don’t want her to get too overwhelmed lll but Nicoletta (lol) does a wonderful job ! ALWAYS.
I got my haircut here and had a great experience! I rarely get my haircut and have quite long and thick hair, so I got a lot cut off and the stylist did a great job, I’ll definitely be back!
The price and service doesn’t match in this salon. I did a hair treatment there for my damaged hair. For the treatment they didn’t do any steaming or anything, didn’t even keep the mask for 10 mins, just applied and wash. And worst part is I left with a hair that was soaking wet. I didn’t book extra blow dry with the treatment so I was hoping they would towel dry it better, but nope. For a service like this I paid almost 60$ with tip. Too expensive. Not going there anymore.
Had a great experience at Venere Salon today…. Got totally a refreshing look….. Nicole is so kind and patient worth the visit….
