Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT go here. Salon 718 is way better. I received a bad haircut at this salon from Lily. It seemed fine when I left because she dried it into curls. When I got home the bangs were uneven and the layers were way too short leaving way less hair near my face. I was honestly skeptical walking into this salon. I’m super particular about my hair, and I rarely trust anyone with it. But from the moment I walked in, Victoria at the front desk was very sweet, encouraging, and just lovely. Everyone was so genuinely kind, it actually convinced me to go ahead with a haircut. Joseph did a fantastic job with my haircut and gave me helpful suggestions when I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Everyone at Venelle is so friendly and kind and I have a great experience every time I come back for another haircut, massage or facial!
I had been feeling pretty unhappy with my hair color and decided to book an appointment — so glad I did! Lilly was absolutely amazing. She listened carefully to what I wanted and completely understood the natural blonde look I was going for. She not only fixed the color, but made it look even better than I imagined. Amazing experience! I needed a quick massage to ground myself after a rough work and personal week. Nicholas made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. He was nice, kind and experienced with the tension points. I highly recommend this spa to anyone. I can’t wait to come back and book a spa package. Sidebar I had extreme anxiety prior to coming here but I’m leaving the spa feeling grounded and at peace. Oh and the complimentary wine was everything!
