Worst ever they installed mines when it went down I’ve called them never returned my calls , sence I had to call other company to fix it , very irresponsible and frustrating, I’ll make sure none of my clients use these rip off
If I could give no stars, I would. It’s been a few years, but we just got some windy weather, and for about the 6th time in 7 years, the fence is leaning again. Once, a whole section was leaning so bad, we had to remove it and re-install. When we removed it, there was barely a bag of cement on the base of the posts. When they originally installed it, it was a nightmare. They installed it crooked, while they were doing it, I called the company, and got yelled at by the owner. She acted like it was my fault. Recommended by a friend and will definitely say the new management has turned this company around. Been in contact with the rep throughout the entire process and was told when things were done and approved. Even helped me with my approval for the job with our HOA. Love to see family owned businesses come from a bad reputation to now doing a 180 in all aspects !
I never write reviews, But I am today. STAY AWAY! They are very unorganized. They gave me a time frame to come give me a quote from 9-11am, I told them I do not live in the home. They never called the night before to confirm, but I drove to the home because I was meeting other companies for other things. I called at 9:45am to see if they were coming VM pick up then someone picked up and said they will be there is 45mins.
