Very satisfied with the refurbished rvv-500 I bought from Tracy. She even helped me with a few set up questions after purchasing the machine. I would definitely do business with Vendtronics again.

Very disappointed in the treatment I received from Tracy. She was very rude and unprofessional on the phone with me today when I had a billing question. It took a week before the Tech came out. The technician came out to fix my machine, He did not fix the problem because the machine froze up again two days later, so I called him back out. It took two weeks before he came back out.
