5 stars goes to Terry in tech support; he is down to earth and very helpful and knowledgeable. I called after spending 1.5 hours on hold at no fault of Terrys, when my call was answered he helped me solve am issue I was having with my vending machine. While on hold for 1.5 hours it gave me time to shower, wash my truck, watch Titanic and time to meditate, an hour and a half on hold really Vend net hire more people.
