The tech support is amazing. They are worth the long wait time. I am very impressed with their knowledge and patience and willingness to help.
I had issues with the machine, and while it took a few weeks to get a follow up / response I was able to fix it. The person over the phone was knowledgable, and worked with me to fix the machine. While now functioning, due to the delay and wait concrete plans to dispose of the machine have already been set in place. I thank the assistant manager Kevin for reaching out.
