I'm very disappointed with my service. I purchased a vending machine on February 2023. I've been having technical issues every since I brought the machine. I cash the machine out that was approximately 5500 dollars. I keep calling support and they do walk me through the issue, but it continues to malfunction every other day. I was told they would send a technician out that was over a month ago, and I'm still waiting.
