$7,000 for a brand new soda machine. Had it on location less than 30 days before a mouse chewed through the metal grate in the front. I've been trying to get it repaired for almost two years now. Vending.com is mostly unresponsive unless they are reminding me to pay my bill for a consult from a guy who said he couldn't do it. They responded to me on Reddit sounding appalled by my experience, and had upper management reach out. They also became unresponsive. I just want a working machine or a refund.

I'm very disappointed with my service. I purchased a vending machine on February 2023. I've been having technical issues every since I brought the machine. I cash the machine out that was approximately 5500 dollars. I keep calling support and they do walk me through the issue, but it continues to malfunction every other day. I was told they would send a technician out that was over a month ago, and I'm still waiting.
