I manage an apartment complex and our residents utilize the vending machine everyday, all day. Anytime, I report there's an issue with the machine their customer service team gets someone out to repair it ASAP! They always respond timely. I was visiting my sister at a nursing home. On the way my son had car sickness and I need a drink of water for him. I found the vending machine and put my quarters in, but nothing happened. I pushed the cancel button expecting the money to return, it didn't. I used my debit card instead. Later I emailed this Vending Group at about 5:30pm and the very next morning I had an answer and promise of a resolve within 5-7 days.
