I was visiting my sister at a nursing home. On the way my son had car sickness and I need a drink of water for him. I found the vending machine and put my quarters in, but nothing happened. I pushed the cancel button expecting the money to return, it didn't. I used my debit card instead. Later I emailed this Vending Group at about 5:30pm and the very next morning I had an answer and promise of a resolve within 5-7 days. Business owners beware! They contracted with an equipment company to install 2 machines-beverage and snacks at my laundromat. I signed an agreement to receive quarterly commission. I just recently sold my business and requested my first and only commission check, and they flat out ghosted me! Stay away! Stay away!
