Some of the best food on the Hill and I’ll always be a fan, but came down to the cafe this afternoon for lunch 2/25 and was pretty disappointed. The food was excellent as always, the atmosphere for Sunday lunch is great, but the bartender was a disappointment at best. Was on his phone the entire time, I had to ask him 3 times to refill my water until he actually got around to doing it, and he made an off color Italian joke to the folks sitting next to me, which I find highly insulting.
