I purchased a Vision Taos from Vend-Rite last year and was intimidated by what I was getting into. Vince patiently walked me through this machine which would service my new laundromat. I recently needed help with reconfiguring this unit and spoke with Tom in tech support. He walked me through the process clearly and patiently, and, followed up by sharing a video tutorial. Awesome. Thanks Tom!! Edit: I needed some parts and direction, Tom came through again!

We have had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. We ordered a soap vending machine from them in October 2024 and it is now May 2025. It still has not shipped. Every month they push it back another month. Very disappointed.
