Great experience, delicious gelato and fun atmosphere. Yes the chocolates are on the expensive side but delicious and a treat & worth it.
I’m a regular Venchi customer and genuinely love their gelato, so I was very disappointed by my experience at the Boca Raton location. The employee’s attitude toward us felt unnecessarily rude and judgmental. At one point, while serving the mango gelato, he made a comment along the lines of giving us “the most disgusting one” . Whether it was meant as a joke or not, it was completely inappropriate and made us uncomfortable. Luis and Linda were amazing. Luis walked me through the gelato and all the new flavors since I had a couple of months without coming to the store and I am amazed about all the new flavors. Also Linda got me to try the new chocolates and I am so happy I did! I got gelato and chocolate for my family. Will recommend this place. Amazing service and product!!!
