I highly recommend Vencer Vital Care. I was having issues with my doctor sending over the correct documentation to Vencer and two associates went above and beyond to help me. Erika was persistent with my doctor to get the correct information and was so comforting when I started to panic. Eddie is the other associate that helped me and he was really great checking in on the status of the documentation knowing how important my medicine is. Best customer service, staff, and management I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. They take the time to go over your questions and work with you in regards to medical options. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
I was initially supposed to have my prescription filled through them, but unfortunately they weren't able to because of issues with my insurance. Instead of just leaving me high and dry like most places, they went out of their way to find me another pharmacy that could fill my script. Most places I've gone to treat me like a burden, it was nice to have one actually go out of their way for me when they didn't have to.
