All staff were friendly however they misdiagnosed me with venous insufficiency. I got two additional ultrasounds at reputable clinics who found that I did NOT have venous insufficiency. I am glad I didn’t get unnecessary treatments/ surgery. Definitely get a second opinion!
Venaflux staff are all absolutely amazing. Lindsay is very gentle and makes the experience as pleasant as possible. The entire staff are supportive and want you to be pleased with the progress. I have gotten to know everyone and just love it when it’s time for a visit. Lindsay has worked hard to help me feel better about my legs. The outcome is amazing. I had a wonderful experience during my procedure and with the results! During the procedure I was treated with respect and everything was explained before and during the vein ablation procedure. The recovery was much better than expected- my legs were pain free for the first time in three years! I wish I would have found Dr and her staff years ago!
