Dr. Vamana is one of the most intelligent most carrying doctors I have ever come across. I have been to other gastro practices in Northern VA and I am a huge fan of Northern VA Gastro Associates. They make everything very easy and provide a state of the art experience.
Very difficult to reach staff for information. Appears to be intentional to place burden on patient to pester repeatedly for communication. Very unprofessional. Dr. Vemana was fine; however the poor communication resulted in my poor rating. Months following colonoscopy I cannot obtain pathology results. Addendum: I have called 3 more times. No answer and no call back after I left messages. Second addendum: I finally received pathology report after 5 calls and this review.
I've been trying for two days to make an appointment and they don't answer their phone!!!!!!
