Great experience! They accommodated me on a Sunday. Johanna received me and was very kind and accommodating. They honored my request to secure my vehicle inside overnight and had it ready for me, promptly, the next morning. Sebastian just did two of my vehicles. Velvet Touch is by far the best car care experience on LI. Experts in PPF, Ceramic Applications, paint Corrections, and Repairs. They are the best I have used on interior care as well. I came across their ad on Instagram. I reached out through the online form, where Sebastian, the owner, eventually took over from the AI chat conversation I was having. Speaking with Sebastian, he really knows his stuff, very friendly. I made an appointment for a Saturday drop-off at 10am. I arrived early, where Johanna met me. She also very friendly.
