Good tacos not the best though they kinda fell off with the taste and consistency.
Velvet Taco has some of the best tacos in Chicago! We love the creative variety, with something for everyone, and visit every time we’re in the city. I’d tell you what we ordered, but honestly, it doesn’t matter it’s all delicious. Add in the lively atmosphere on bustling Randolph Street, and this is a must-visit Chicago taco spot!
I really enjoyed my first visit here, but my second visit was a huge disappointment from start to finish.First, staff refused to let my mother use the restroom while we waited in line after standing outside for 15 minutes, before being able to join the line inside and then gave us the wrong bathroom code three times. Inside, the wait for 4 tacos was over an hour. The cashier got our drink order wrong, argued about it, and then intentionally short-poured the corrected margarita so it was only ¾ full.
