Great tacos! And the queso Blanco with chips was amazing. Whatever the sauce is with the queso is great!!
They call out to go orders for some others they set on the shelf. Mine was one they set on the shelf and didn't say anything. It was too busy to go up there and look at every bag they set on the shelf, so I wasted half my lunch break waiting...
I went on a recommendation while visiting Nashville. The menu was different than I expected, but I got the chimichurri steak tacos which exceeded my expectations. I sat on the patio which was lovely on a sunny spring afternoon. Service was quick, it was a great place for me to grab a quick bite in between work events.
This began as a really rough situation but I have to say the management team and the staff came through BIG TIME. I had a catering order that last minute was cancelled. NOT BY ME and NOT by velvet. There was a glitch in the online ordering system and cancelled the order with an hour to go til delivery. They completely hustled and busted out the order in lightning time. I am so appreciative of how they handled it, and you should definitely go check them out. Great work, and thank you for making it happen.
Excellent tacos. Especially the salmon and shrimp tacos. A really clutch spot for the area. Many of the restaurants around there don’t have a lot of gluten or dairy free options so this was a relief finding this place. Clearly marked gluten free menu (ask at the counter). Very accommodating and patient with questions.
