Would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a jacket in March for my wedding this past weekend in NOVEMBER. I have been trying for months to get an ETA or any information with automated replies on Etsy. I cannot even get someone to respond to me to give me a refund. Don’t order from this place
The absolute worst customer service i have ever received! 3 different shipping dates all came and gone, no package and no update on tracking number. Excuse for everything, i had to open a case to get my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
BEWARE #2. Another scammed customer. Ordered wedding jacket December 05, 2023. Tracking shows delivered to my city and state but no street number. Package never arrived and mailman doesn’t know of it either. Following tracking, after email to Velvet Rose with no response, shows package re-delivered, January 23, 2024, “refused” (???), then returned to my local post office, January 24, 2024 and ultimately returned to Velvet Rose in West Virginia, January 29, 2024.
