The team from Velvet Room did an incredible job with hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. I did a trial with Rubi, who took all of my feedback to make adjustments on wedding day which made me feel special. The whole team was on time with all of the necessary makeup, brushes, and styling tools, and were able to stay on schedule the morning of the wedding. Marina was so incredibly helpful! Quick responses and so kind! Rubi and Carlos did hair and make up at my wedding and it was perfect! Rubi created such a beautiful hair style with my natural curls, everything I dreamed of! My more natural make up was just perfect, showed in pictures well and lasted all night! And I dance a lot so that says something! Just and amazing professional and skilled artists! Would recommend to everyone!
The Velvet Room is amazing! Their team did an incredible job on hair and makeup for my bridal party and made the process stress-free and fun. They had excellent communication and were so accommodating and easy to work with, in addition to doing gorgeous hair and makeup!
Both Shanice and Marina were amazing for my wedding! They got me and all of my bridesmaids done with time to spare, and had a blast with us along the way. This made the whole experience fun and stress-free. They both did wonderful jobs for each girl capturing the looks they wanted, and both hair and makeup lasted all day. Marina and Shanice from The Velvet Room were my hair and makeup artists for my wedding and they are AMAZING! I wanted a team that was comfortable with diversity. I'm biracial and have thick curly hair that I wanted to keep natural. Plus, my mom is black, my two matrons of honor are biracial, and 2 bridesmaids and my husband's mom and sister are white.
