I hired Velvet Oasis in 2025 to do a mascot party for my daughter's party, however due to weather we rescheduled for her next birthday through her 1 year reschedule policy. This year we paid the additional payment out side of the deposit prior to the party. She then canceled 1 hour before the party after our guest had arrived.
