The worst ever!!! So rude and mean
HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!! No I DO NOT recommend anyone going here. They do not respect your time nor do they show empathy for patients. The ladies at the front desk must be related to the doctor otherwise I can't see how she would have them in front representing her. Their attitudes are NASTY and they are incompetent. If I could give a zero star I would.
I do appreciate her taking me in midway thru my pregnancy. I don’t feel that her practice & her knowledge of patient needs is above average. Where I came from, q’s were asked, tests were clear & follow-up’s were stellar. She blatantly discloses private info in front of he students, asking questions is cumbersome & usually comes w/uncessary garb. If you’re unsure about something pregnancy related, she’s usually giving you opposition-she’s traditional & set in her ways like an h20 birth I wanted.
1 1/2 - 2 hour wait after appt time sometimes. Does not return phonecalls. Overall staff can be very unprofessional. Cannot recall services last provided from previous appts. Mcdonald does not listen to complaints or concerns very well her way or no way. Definetely do not recommend for pregnant patients. I left at 25 weeks pregnant will never go back there.
She is very diligent in serving and caring for her patients.
The staff is incompetent. They told my daughter she needed a referral and refused to see her. They claim that when they contacted my insurance provider they were told a referral was required. I've been seen there before without a problem. I contacted my insurance company and was told a referral was not needed. I called the office back and was told to get a letter from the insurance company stating that a referral was not needed. I told them to call, they refused.
Dr. McDonald completed a life threating surgery on me and I'm forever grateful. The Doctor was professional and informative. The wait time is explained by the notices on the wall, in the waiting room, as well as the exam room. Dr. McDonald explained all of my options and answered all of my questions prior to surgery and in my follow up appointment.
