My beautiful 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis was side-swiped by an 18 wheeler, and totaled. Wes and the folks at The Velvet Hammer brought that car back to life, and now it looks better than it did before the accident. This is an amazing body shop, with great attention to detail. Went there when my car was totaled with some cheap frame pieces, for less than anybody else in town he had my car looking new. He was honest about limitations and tried to cut me deal the best he could. Quality was great, timeline reasonable. I recommend my family and friends whenever they need bodywork.
Called the Velvet hammer today & spoke with Paul. He tried to help me to the best of his ability and really helped me understand more about my claim. Really looking forward to working with these guys in the future!
This guy does quality work, a relative of mine had two vehicles fixed here and both look like they were never even in an accident now. Fair and honest to the customer... hard to find in the auto body industry.
