I went to Velvet Bride twice to try on dresses and ended up getting THE ONE! Emily and Lizz were amazing to work with. My friends and I had a great experience each time. All of their dresses are beautiful and affordable. I will always recommend Velvet Bride to brides!

Velvet is a beautiful store with an awesome atmosphere. I have looked at one other small shop with little luck and that shop owner recommended Velvet. I went into the day not sure what to expect and Liz made all of us feel so great. She was kind and patient and even laughed at my jokes. We found a dress and a veil and I cannot wait for them to come in so I can try them on again! Thank you thank you thank you!! Cheers!

I highly recommend Velvet Bride! I found my dream dress and Lizz made the experience so fun. I knew it would be worth the 2 hour drive based on what I saw on both their website and Instagram, which was so helpful to see prior to my appointment. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience!

Emily is so professional and the selection in her shop is absolutely gorgeous. For a relatively small inventory, you can tell that every single dress is so thoughtfully chosen. She carries a good variety of styles and price points.

Great experience picking my dress at Velvet Bride and loved the private space to try on dresses with my mother there to help. After looking online, I really wanted to purchase a dress locally. Options are limited.. so I was really grateful to find a 'classic design' that I could work with. Velvet recommended a very talented tailor who turned the dress I liked into a dress I loved. I also bought my wedding earrings from the dress shop and love them so much. Wore them on the honeymoon as well :)
