Didn't have the pleasure to meet them but I called several times to schedule an appointment finally they called back on the third day. I scheduled the appointment but I was at work and the person was in a hurry I didn't remember the exact time. Contact them again and the person that helped me gave me the wrong time. Too busy to give a good customer service I guess.
My dog Scotty looks great, the best he has ever looked. Other groomers have indicated he' a "handful" but Jeanette said he was fine. I think we found a winner! Thanks much.
Velvet Bow Pet Grooming, very professional! Jeannette our groomer is so good with our pooch. Great cut and she’s very kind to him. Would recommend to anybody!
1st time in was greeted with smiles, They made my fur baby and I like we were old friends and hospitality 5 stars. Oh and Hollie was beautiful her fur just glistened Jeanette did a wonderful job.
