Rosa took very good care of my doodle who has a double coat. This was her first grooming at Velvet Bow,, and she warmed up to Rosa immediately! Needless to say, we made a follow up appointment! Thank you Rosa!

The owner is a wonderfully kind and personable woman who supports her staff and their families, and loves her clients. The customer service is top notch and they seem to truly care about the animal’s and owner’s experience. The grooming tables/areas are visible and clean and after hearing how difficult one of my animals is to work with from another groomer- Velvet Bow reassured me he was a gentleman, not the problem child he was made out to be. Great job even though my Bella has PTSD and is mistrusting of humans. She doesn’t like men and when I went in to pick up my now beautiful smelling dog she was sitting on the lap of the only male employee who was there. I could tell she had a good experience because she was not freaking out. I think she may have even enjoyed it. Her coat was nice and clean and her nails were trimmed. So I was very pleased with the job they did on my little girl. Can’t beat the price or the service. The staff are so kind.
