Amanda is great. She knows all of the policies in depth and knows the right questions to ask so she can help you find the best health insurance for you. She takes time to understand her clients and even make sure to reach out if there are any changes to be aware of for the future so you can make decisions that fit you. I wouldn't shop for health insurance without her.
By far the worst experience in the insurance world we can imagine. Reached out to Amanda for a family policy and we were quoted family policy. When received cards only member of our household was covered. We called Amanda to help to fix the situation and were rudely hung up on by her and left hanging with out insurance and coverage after we paid our premium. Would shop anywhere for health insurance but Veltkamp Agency.
