This review is for Velta Villa. Pricey for a very small apartment. 700 sq feet. Absolutely nothing extra, nothing fancy. Zero storage, so it may be a great place for a beginner who has extremely limited belongings. Dogs poop everywhere, and renters are not enforced to pick it up. People discard broken down furniture and junk at the dumpster areas, and it never gets cleaned up. People leave trash in the parking lot. I really enjoy being able to gas but let's face it for the diesel vehicles it's hard enough to find it and now they have only 2 end pumps and so now I'm waiting behind gasoline cars to finish. Please make it mandatory that a diesel ONLY line. Be courteous and move to the other 14 pumps for gas.
