We are still waiting for the maintenance team to take care of all the items that were on list we handed to the management team when we moved in. It has been nearly three months and these items are still outstanding. Now we have an ant problem, which is weird because the apartment allegedly was recent sprayed. And not an ant / food problem, the ants are in our clothes in the hamper in the closet, which is a first for me. Let me put it in these terms, I pay for the service regardless.
